We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, visits, and follow-ups
- Present and explain products/services to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records
- Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Two-wheeler & driving license (if field sales)
